Terms of use

These terms apply to the Test Switch IE website and the iOS and Android apps. Using them means you accept the terms.

What the service is

We watch your own MyRoadSafety account for an earlier practical test and tell you when a matching opening appears. The service is provided as available. RSA can change their site, end a session, or stop showing a slot, and we cannot promise a date.

Your account only

You connect your own MyRoadSafety login and you allow us to read availability on that account. We will not use your login for anyone else. You will not use the service to watch or book a test for a licence that is not yours.

We are not the RSA

We do not issue licences, permits, or test appointments. The RSA test fee is paid to the RSA. Signing up does not reserve a test. If RSA moves or cancels a test, that is their appointment.

Confirming a slot

An alert is not a booking. You confirm on MyRoadSafety. If you accept a short-notice test, cancelling it again may be limited by RSA’s own rules. You are responsible for attending with the right documents and a suitable vehicle.

Free use and paid plans

Watching is free at launch. If we later sell a faster-check plan, that fee is for our service only. It starts when we begin checking for you. If you have paid and checking has not started, you may ask for that fee back within 14 days by writing to contact. The RSA fee is not ours to refund.

Stopping the service

You can disconnect MyRoadSafety or delete your account at any time. Disconnecting stops watching immediately. We may suspend an account that is being used for someone else’s licence, or that puts the portal under unreasonable load.

Messages

You agree we may email you about your account and about slots. Push alerts depend on your phone settings. We do not pass your details to advertisers.
